After, the girls debate @meredithmlynch’s claim that TikTok is jumping the shark because of the TikTok Shop. The audio trend of the week is set to J-Lo’s Let’s Get Loud, with videos by @chloeorr7, @donblancoaventuras, and @powderyjinx. The content creator of the week is @thejeffcapps, in the food segment @yep4andy makes Chicken Kyiv, and they close the episode with a short discussion of the new 30 minute video format.

This week Catalina has finally gotten back on the TikTok Horse and has lots of new videos coming across her FYP. For the algorithm segment she shares a video by @nicolepellegrin0 about Gen Z slang that Gen Alpha already says is over. Dena talks about a heartwarming video by @aubreysfloridaadventures about a her parents who are regulars at Wendy’s and @tiffany.elizabeth’s Chinatown Food Tour. In a new section the girls chat about some of the Tik Tok shop videos coming across their pages, including @kay_caputo’s romper clip and @theleonamafna’s rave review of the Alix Earl ring light. As for new filters, they cover Dan Schenker’s What Chip Flavor Are You? And the return of the bold glamor filter (@nienkebeitske, @drsamanthaellis). In the Food and Drink segment they chat about the Nuts for Nuts recipe (@leels_) and an extremely delicious looking shrimp cocktail by @haileecatalano. Jay-Z is still not on TikTok and Dena is one month closer to owing Catalina a shrimp cocktail. To wrap up the episode Dena shares a video by @mello_yoshi about a red truck hauling a Christmas tree.
